The congress is organising the "Headache Trainees Excellence Tournament".
The tournament aims to provide young scientists the opportunity to present their data during a 7 min talk and discussion. Young scientists will not only benefit from sharing their research expertise, but will further improve their communication skills and expand their knowledge in the headache field.
Participants should be under- or post-graduate students or within 7 years of completing initial training (at date of application) and/or currently a PhD student, medical student, post-doctoral trainee or clinical resident/fellow position. Candidates must submit an abstract in which they are the first author and opt to participate in the tournament in the abstract submission website.
The abstracts will be scored in a blinded manner, and 6 candidates will be selected on the basis of the contents of the abstracts submitted, and will focus on trainees who have not been given the opportunity to present their data during a platform presentation in the main meeting.
Abstract submission deadline: Tuesday, April 19, 2016
